Return & Refund Policy:

We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns will be issued on special order items and certain electronics. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 678-570-4613 for return authorization.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A Restocking Fee may be applied depending on the policies of the manufacturer or supplying distributor of the product. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.

After we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion.  Refunds or credits will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping expenses.  Refunds will only be issued to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the purchase.

Refunds for shipping costs will not be issued.

Pricing:
Orders will be charged based upon the price at the checkout screen. Shipping prices are only an estimate, extra shipping may apply. If for any reason shipping charges must be changed, the buyer will be contacted prior to processing the order.

AllOutRacing.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in the event of a purchasing, or shipping error. AllOutRacing.com will also cancel an order if we are unable to verify billing and shipping information with the credit cards issuing bank.

Warranty Policy:
All of the products sold by AllOutRacing.com, regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only are are not legal for use on public highways. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products. 

Terms of Use and Liablity:
AllOutRacing.com makes no warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose are hereby disclaimed and excluded. The final determination of the suitability of the equipment for the use contemplated by the purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and AllOutRacing.com shall have no responsibility in connection with the purchaser’s decision as to such suitability.

It is expressly understood and agreed that under no circumstances shall AllOutRacing.com or its parent company Applied Business Solutions Inc be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the purchaser’s use of any product sold by AllOutRacing.com. The purchaser acknowledges that it understands any hazards involved in both the proper and the improper use of said products. It is further mutually understood that insofar as AllOutRacing.com has no reason to know the purpose for which the purchaser intends to use the equipment supplied, we can make no guarantee that such is fit for any particular purpose, or that the purchaser’s intended use is free from hazard.
