SLP Headers, 1-3/4" Tuned/Long Tube 1998-99 LS1 Camaro/Firebird

SLP's original Tuned-Length Long-Tube Headers use our patent-pending tuned-length design to optimize exhaust scavenging for phenomenal power increases.

These headers are constructed from 409 stainless steel with 1-3/4" primary tubes flowing into a 3" 4-into-1 collector. They're fully compatible with all stock emissions-control equipment and use OEM flanges for a perfect fit and proper bolt retention. Includes matching Y-pipe.

SLP Mass-Air-Flow Sensor, 1998-00 LS1 High-Flow

SLP's high-performance 85mm mass-air-flow sensor flows a whopping 895 CFM (90 more than the stock 75mm MAF)—enough to improve engine output by up to 10 horsepower. Or, remove the screen (not recommended on street cars) for an incredible 1000 CFM of air flow! This lightweight composite unit weighs one pound less than the factory MAF and is fully capable of supporting engine applications making over 600 horsepower. Compatible with stock and modified engines.

SLP Performance 1998-2002 Camaro & Firebird - Replacement Air Filter "Blackwing" High-Flow

This easy-to-install Blackwing™ air filter is designed to fit all 1998-02 V8 and V6 Camaro/Firebirds, and is the same filter used in our "FlowPac™" air-induction systems. It is designed to fit and seal properly, while featuring airflow and filtering properties that are superior to that of the stock paper unit.

NOTE: Part number 25017 filter cleaning kit is required when cleaning/re-oiling your filter.

SLP Bellow, 1998-02 LS1 Camaro/Firebird Smooth
Add these Smooth Bellows to your LS1 F-Body and pick up some easy horsepower! This piece replaces the restrictive accordion-style factory bellows, straightening out air flow between the MAF sensor and throttle body for an increase of up to 6 horsepower. A single-rib design allows adequate flex while posing minimal restriction. The Smooth Bellows are constructed of high quality, fiberglass-reinforced silicone.

SLP Harmonic Balancer/Underdrive Pulley, 1998-02 LS1 Camaro/Firebird w/Bolt

SLP's new 25% underdrive balancer for LS1 F-Bodies incorporates a number of high-quality features you won't find on any other aftermarket unit. Chief among them are a pair of extra-tall belt-retention walls that eliminate the belt-slippage issues endemic to other LS1 balancers (see photo). Other unique design strengths include 100% steel construction (other brands use steel and aluminum), integral timing marks, and built-in puller-mounting threads. Includes a new balancer bolt and detailed installation instructions.
