This decorative bearing cover is designed to mount over any 90mm or 100mm Metco single-bearing idler pulley. It installs easily using the supplied stainless steel socket head fastener, and serves to protect the pulley bearing from dust and debris contamination.

This adapter fitting is CNC-machined from stainless steel and attaches directly to the schrader valve outlet on the Ford factory fuel rail. The front side of the fitting accepts a standard 1/8" NPT fitting for a direct-mount fuel gauge or a gauge sending unit.
METCO Ford Fuel Line Adapter (Feed)
This adapter is a part of our popular MFF0008 fitting assembly that adapts the factory fuel feed line found on the 2005 & newer Mustang GT to our billet fuel rails.
The fitting is CNC-machined from stainless steel with 3/8" female threads at one end and the necessary coupling at the opposite end to mate with the OEM fuel feed line.
While specifically designed for the 4.6L V8 in the S197 Mustang, it may also fit other Ford EFI applications.

MAF to Air Filter Adapter
This adapter is precision-machined from billet aluminum and is designed to adapt the Ford 90mm Mass Air Flow sensor to any filter element or air intake with a 4" inlet.
The adapter is simple to install and includes the four Grade 8 fasteners needed to attach the adapter to the MAF housing.
This adapter works with the high performance conical air filter elements also listed in this section.
METCO 1999-2004 Mustang - Ford Fuel Block Kit without Gauge
METCO Fuel Block Kit
This convenient billet adapter mounts directly to the factory (or aftermarket equivalent) fuel rail, sandwiched between the rail and the OEM fuel pressure sensor. The fuel block seals with OEM-style O-rings, so no gaskets or sealants are required. The installation is a quick and simple affair.
The block has one 1/8" NPT port on each side, providing a convenient tap for a fuel pressure gauge, a tap for a nitrous system, or both. A stainless steel pipe plug (not shown) is included to plug one port if the port is unused.

The base is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise fit, and the included silicone gasket is specially designed to prevent oil seepage at the base of the breather. The filter base is microfinished for surface protection and good looks, and is easily hand-polished to a mirror-like appearance. The removable filter element is a high-quality reusable unit from S & B Filters, and it is securely retained in the filter base by a specially machined retention groove at the top of the base.

Our underdrive alternator pulleys are CNC-machined from billet aluminum and black anodized for long-lasting surface protection. The pulleys are sized to maintain proper alternator speed when used on 2003 and 2004 Mustang Cobras equipped with the Metco Motorsports Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit.
These alternator pulleys install as a direct replacements for the factory alternator pulley and require no modifications or special tools.
