This high-quality tool kit can be configured to remove a supercharger pulley and to install a supercharger pulley. It is precision-machined from the highest quality materials and is designed to be re-used many times.
The kit is designed specifically for use on the factory-supercharged modular applications, and is configured so that the supercharger will not be scratched or damaged in any way when the tool is used. Illustrated instructions are included.

METCO 1979-2004 Mustang - Driveshaft Safety Loop
METCO 1979-2004 Mustang, Cobra
Metco's one-piece driveshaft safety loop is custom-designed to fit the floor pan of the 1979-2004 Mustang and Mustang Cobra. The ring is made from seamless DOM steel in an oversize dimension to accommodate lowered vehicles and aftermarket driveshafts. The flanges are laser-cut from heavy-duty steel and the assembly is precision-welded in a fixture. The finished loop is powdercoated black and packaged with installation instructions and Grade 8 hardware.

This adapter fitting is CNC-machined from stainless steel and attaches directly to the schrader valve outlet on the Ford factory fuel rail. The front side of the fitting accepts a standard 1/8" NPT fitting for a direct-mount fuel gauge or a gauge sending unit.

This kit is based on our exclusive adapter fitting that is CNC-machined from stainless steel. The adapter attaches directly to the schrader valve outlet on the Ford factory fuel rail, and the opposite side of the fitting accepts the standard 1/8" NPT fitting for the included 1.5" fuel pressure gauge.

METCO 1999-2004 Mustang - Ford Fuel Block Kit without Gauge

This convenient billet adapter mounts directly to the factory (or aftermarket equivalent) fuel rail, sandwiched between the rail and the OEM fuel pressure sensor. The fuel block seals with OEM-style O-rings, so no gaskets or sealants are required. The installation is a quick and simple affair.
The block has one 1/8" NPT port on each side, providing a convenient tap for a fuel pressure gauge, a tap for a nitrous system, or both. A stainless steel pipe plug (not shown) is included to plug one port if the port is unused.

METCO 1999-2010 Mustang - Tensioner Support Plate

This billet aluminum plate was designed as a solution to the problem of the factory Ford belt tensioner deflecting under load in supercharged applications. The factory tensioner arm tends to flex toward the front of the vehicle under heavy belt loads, allowing the belt to slip. Adding boost with custom pulleys or adding an aftermarket supercharger to your vehicle loads the belt further, compounding the flex problem.
METCO Ford 2002 & Newer Modular V8 (with Twin Helix Mount)
This valve cover breather assembly replaces the original oil fill tube found on the factory passenger side valve cover. The base is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise fit, and the included silicone gasket is specially designed to prevent oil seepage at the base of the breather. The filter base is microfinished for surface protection and good looks, and is easily hand-polished to a mirror-like appearance. The removable filter element is a high-quality reusable unit from S & B Filters, and it is securely retained in the filter base by a specially machined retention groove at the top of the base.

Our crank pulley rings are designed for use with our Metco Motorsports Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit offered for the supercharged Lightning truck and the supercharged Mustang Cobra.
These crank pulley rings are precision-machined from billet aluminum and then black-anodized for good looks and long-lasting surface protection.
If you already have the Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit on your vehicle, one of these crank pulley rings is all that is needed to change your boost level.
METCO Idler Pulley
2003-2004 Mustang Cobra, 1999-2004 Lightning, 2003-2004 Harley Davidson F150
This billet idler pulley is identical to the Metco Motorsports MIP-90 idler pulley except that is 10mm larger. The larger size is designed for use in auxiliary idler applications where a smaller than stock supercharger pulley is installed.

MAF to Air Filter Adapter
This adapter is precision-machined from billet aluminum and is designed to adapt the Ford 90mm Mass Air Flow sensor to any filter element or air intake with a 4" inlet.
The adapter is simple to install and includes the four Grade 8 fasteners needed to attach the adapter to the MAF housing.
This adapter works with the high performance conical air filter elements also listed in this section.
