METCO 2005 & Newer Mustang, Shelby GT500 (Front Loop Only)
This kit is based on the Metco MDL2005 driveshaft loop assembly, but contains only the front loop from that kit. This kit is designed for the user who has replaced the factory two-piece driveshaft with a one-piece aftermarket driveshaft. As described in the MDL2005 product description, this loop is custom-designed to take advantage of existing mounting points and requires no drilling for installation. The loop is made from heavy-duty steel that is laser-cut and CNC-bent for precision fit. All welds are performed using a fixture for consistency and ease of installation, and the finished loop is powdercoated black. The kit is packaged with installation instructions and Grade 8 hardware.

Note 1: Compatibility with the popular 4" OD Spydershaft aftermarket driveshaft has been confirmed.

Note 2: As of March 1, 2009, the front driveshaft loop kit has been revised to fit the Shelby GT500 with no modifications necessary.
