The Metco Motorsports Adjustable Crank Idler Plate is similar to the billet plate included with the Metco Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit, but it includes an added feature.

The plate relocates the crank idler slightly to provide the necessary clearance for oversize crank pulley rings, but what makes this plate unique is the included adjuster mechanism. The adjuster alows the user to manually optimize the position of the crank idler pulley.

The user simply loosens the bolt at the center of the pulley to allow the adjuster to slide, and a standard box wrench on the hex at the top of the adjuster is used to move the crank idler pulley up or down. Once the belt tension is set, the bolt at the center of the pulley is tightened to secure the adjustment.

This kit is highly recommended for applications in which the user is running higher boost levels or using an aftermarket supercharger. The kit is a complete bolt-on and installs easily with hand tools. Idler pulley not included.
