MAF to Air Filter Adapter
This adapter is precision-machined from billet aluminum and is designed to adapt the Ford 90mm Mass Air Flow sensor to any filter element or air intake with a 4" inlet.
The adapter is simple to install and includes the four Grade 8 fasteners needed to attach the adapter to the MAF housing.
This adapter works with the high performance conical air filter elements also listed in this section.

METCO Supercharger Pulley Ring

These pulley rings are designed for use with Metco Motorsports two-piece supercharger pulleys. If you already have a Metco supercharger pulley on your Lightning or Cobra, one of these rings is all that is needed to change the boost level on your vehicle. These pulley rings will bolt to your existing pulley hub using the same (4) fasteners, and no special tools are required for the change.

This billet aluminum plate was designed as a solution to the problem of the factory Ford belt tensioner deflecting under load in supercharged applications. The factory tensioner arm tends to flex toward the front of the vehicle under heavy belt loads, allowing the belt to slip. Adding boost with custom pulleys or adding an aftermarket supercharger to your vehicle loads the belt further, compounding the flex problem.
METCO Idler Pulley

This billet idler pulley is identical to the Metco Motorsports MIP-100 idler pulley except that it is 10mm smaller in size to match the OEM idler pulleys. The larger 100mm diameter of the MIP-100 is designed for use in auxiliary idler applications where a smaller than stock supercharger pulley is installed.
This 90mm pulley is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and black hard-coat anodized on the belt surface and back side for long-lasting surface protection. A heavy-duty bearing is precision-fit into the center bore, and a snap-ring ensures everything stays in place.

This valve cover breather assembly replaces the original oil fill cap found on the driver's side valve cover on the supercharged Cobra and Shelby GT500 applications.
The base of the breather is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for a precise fit, and the included silicone O-ring is specially designed to prevent seepage at the base of the filter. The filter base is microfinished for surface protection and good looks, and is easily hand-polished to a mirror-like appearance. The removeable filter element is a high-quality reusable unit from S & B Filters, and the filter is securely retained to the filter base by a specially-machined retention groove in the top of the filter base.

The Metco Motorsports Adjustable Crank Idler Plate is similar to the billet plate included with the Metco Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit, but it includes an added feature.
The plate relocates the crank idler slightly to provide the necessary clearance for oversize crank pulley rings, but what makes this plate unique is the included adjuster mechanism. The adjuster alows the user to manually optimize the position of the crank idler pulley.
METCO 2003-2004 Cobra - Air Filter Kit
This Metco Motorsports high performance air filter kit is a direct bolt on and is a quick and easy way to add horsepower.
The kit uses our CNC-machined, billet aluminum air filter-to-MAF adapter (PN MAF1001) to mate the stock (or aftermarket equivalent) 90mm Mass Air Meter to the included high quality, 10" x 4" S & B air filter. The kit also includes a precision-bent stainless steel air filter support bracket that is secured using an existing fastener in the engine compartment.

This comprehensive kit allows the user to replace the heavy factory crankshaft pulley and cage assembly with a lightweight, precision-machined aluminum hub and interchangeable outer ring. The kit includes all of the necessary hardware, including a billet bracket to cleanly relocate the factory crank idler pulley. Once this kit is installed, the user can adjust the vehicle's boost level by simply changing the outer pulley ring to any of the available Metco pulley rings, a process that takes just minutes.

Our underdrive alternator pulleys are CNC-machined from billet aluminum and black anodized for long-lasting surface protection. The pulleys are sized to maintain proper alternator speed when used on 2003 and 2004 Mustang Cobras equipped with the Metco Motorsports Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit.
These alternator pulleys install as a direct replacements for the factory alternator pulley and require no modifications or special tools.
