This billet aluminum plate was designed as a solution to the problem of the factory Ford belt tensioner deflecting under load in supercharged applications. The factory tensioner arm tends to flex toward the front of the vehicle under heavy belt loads, allowing the belt to slip. Adding boost with custom pulleys or adding an aftermarket supercharger to your vehicle loads the belt further, compounding the flex problem.

This valve cover breather assembly replaces the original oil fill tube found on the factory passenger side valve cover. The base is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise fit, and the included silicone gasket is specially designed to prevent oil seepage at the base of the breather. The filter base is microfinished for surface protection and good looks, and is easily hand-polished to a mirror-like appearance. The removable filter element is a high-quality reusable unit from S & B Filters, and it is securely retained in the filter base by a specially machined retention groove at the top of the base.

If you already have the Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit on your vehicle, one of these crank pulley rings is all that is needed to change your boost level.

This billet idler pulley is identical to the Metco Motorsports MIP-90 idler pulley except that is 10mm larger. The larger size is designed for use in auxiliary idler applications where a smaller than stock supercharger pulley is installed.

This billet idler pulley is identical to the Metco Motorsports MIP-100 idler pulley except that it is 10mm smaller in size to match the OEM idler pulleys. The larger 100mm diameter of the MIP-100 is designed for use in auxiliary idler applications where a smaller than stock supercharger pulley is installed.
This 90mm pulley is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and black hard-coat anodized on the belt surface and back side for long-lasting surface protection. A heavy-duty bearing is precision-fit into the center bore, and a snap-ring ensures everything stays in place.

The pulley is machined to accept twin bearings to provide added stability and the ability to withstand excessive belt loads. The pulley is hard-coat anodized in black and includes a separate bearing dust cover and stainless steel fastener.

This comprehensive kit allows the user to replace the heavy factory crankshaft pulley and cage assembly with a lightweight, precision-machined aluminum hub and interchangeable outer ring. The kit includes all of the necessary hardware, including a billet bracket to cleanly relocate the factory crank idler pulley. Once this kit is installed, the user can adjust the vehicle's boost level by simply changing the outer pulley ring to any of the available Metco pulley rings, a process that takes just minutes.
