Kooks' 1993-1997 5.7L LT-1 headers are made from 304 Stainless Steel material enabling Kooks' to offer a life time guarantee against rust or cracking. Kooks offers complete systems which include 1 3/4" or 1 3/4" stepped to 1 7/8" with either 3" Catted or Off-Road Y-Pipe, which is designed to bolt directly up to the OEM stock cat-back system. These headers are available with or without Air and EGR fittings. This system does require 02 Extensions and when ordering the headers the year needs to specified to get the correct extensions.
