It has always been common practice to reinforce Ford's 8.8" rearend with a stronger, cast rear cover. Unfortunately, with the '05 model, the panhard rod prevents this. BMR has an easy solution. Our relocation bracket moves the drivers side of the panhard rod to the back of the OE mount, providing 1" of additional clearance.
Installation is simple and rear end geometry remains unaffected. We offer the bracket by itself or in our complete kit.
BBK Performance Parts - 1979-2010 Mustang GT - Upper & Lower Control Arm Kit
Firmer launches and much improved handling characteristics are what you will get with these new BBK Gripp heavy duty rear upper and lower control arm kits for Ford Mustang owners.
BBK Performance Parts - 2005-2010 Mustang GT - Progressive Rate Lowering Spring Kit
BBK ‘s popular Gripp performance Mustang Lowering Spring Kits have been the number one choice of Mustang enthusiasts for over a decade.
Available in both specific and progressive rate versions all Gripp Mustang Lowering spring kits are developed by the BBK engineering team to offer the best possible handling and ride quality for everyday use.
Improve handling with precision Bilstein Heavy-Duty shocks! Rising rate valve design maintains damping efficiency in all conditions. Single tube design filled with oil and nitrogen gas in a pressured, sealed compartment. A dividing piston exerts constant pressure on the oil, completely eliminating any foaming of the oil. By eliminating foaming, they provide consistent, effective wheel control over all road surfaces and they give the optimum combination of safety & ride quality.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - 2 Degree camber bolts
BMR's 2 degree camber bolts are used for adjusting camber on the OE and aftermarket struts. The 2005+ Mustang has no camber adjustment from the factory. When lowered 1" or more, the car begins to develop negative camber resulting in premature tire wear. It is possible to gain 2 degrees of camber with one pair of bolts. If you need additional camber adjustment, 2 pairs of bolts can be used and will allow 4 degrees total. Priced per pair.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Adjustable A-arms with QA1 rod ends
BMR tubular A-arms are a lightweight alternative to your factory stamped steel arms. We offer them in two styles, standard and adjustable. Both models feature CNC machined rear pivot points, heavy duty 1.25" DOM tubing, and new ball joints sourced from Fords OE supplier. Unlike our competitors, these A-arms are also compatible with your OE K-member.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Adjustable Lower "Race" Control Arms w/rod ends
Stock control arms are marginal at best. Bushing deflection combined with control arm flex creates erratic handling and inconsistent rear end stability when subjected to the added loads of performance driving. All of our control arms are TIG welded and utilize either greaseable 90 durometer spiral fluted polyurethane bushings or Teflon lined HD spherical bearings by QA1. Our CNC machined adjusters are made from 4130 chromoly and have rolled threads. All rod end spacers are 304 stainless. You won't find better quality components. Additiionally, our control arms retain the factory designed rear offset, a necessity others overlook resulting in split, binding bushings. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.

BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Adjustable Upper Control Arm w/poly bushing
The single upper control arm is responsible for maintaining pinion angle and preventing axle counter-rotation. This "3 link" style suspension is ideal for autocross and road race applications as it allows the most articulation possible with a solid axle. For drag racing, however, the single, centered link becomes a weak point as the arm is only one inch thick in the middle and made from light gauge, stamped steel. Our upper control arm is made from 1 5/8" .120 wall DOM tube and is MIG welded. They are available with polyurethane bushings or spherical bearings. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Front A-arm Support Brace
This brace bolts to the rear mount of the front A-arms, tying the two legs of the K-member together. By adding additional support to this assembly, A-arm stability is increased due to minimized mount deflection. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat. NOTE: not compatible with Canton oil pans.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang GT - Race Tubular K-member with no motor mount provisions - manual Pinto-style rack (requires part number RP001 or RP002).
Ford did a great job designing the '05 Mustang. Everything comes apart so easily, it almost seems like it was designed by racers. To some, a tubular K-member may seem like a complicated and difficult installation, however in the '05 Mustang it can be done in 2 hours with hand tools!
Our tubular K-member uses an integrated mount system, saving up to 5 lbs. over the competitions' designs. The OE K-member with motor mounts weighs 44 lbs. while our integrated design weighs only 24 lbs., a 20 lb. weight reduction. Designed to be used with BMR or factory A-arms and spindles. Fits V6 and V8 models.

BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Billet Lower Control Arms w/poly bushings
BMR heavy duty billet Control Arms are CNC machined from solid 1.25" x 2.5" billet 6061 T6 aluminum alloy. As described in our tubular control arms above, BMR utilizes greaseable 90 durometer spiral fluted polyurethane bushings to insure "squeak-free' suspension movement. Additiionally, our control arms retain the factory designed rear offset, a necessity others overlook resulting in split, binding bushings.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Dual-durometer rearend bushing
3 link suspensions place excessive loads on the upper link bushings. In the S197 Mustang, two bushings are responsible for handling the same torque load that 4 bushings had done before. Additionally, these bushings are subjected to more "twist" than before since the rear end can better articulate as a 3 link design. In order to allow free articulation, the OE rearend bushing is designed to flex. This flex is great for handling but under straight line acceleration, it contributes to wheelhop and inconsistant launch characteristics.
