BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang - Strut Tower Brace - Mustang V6
BMR strut tower braces are one of the most cost effective ways to improve handling on the the new Mustang platform. We build our braces out of heavy duty DOM tubing and use 3/16" laser cut mounting plates to keep tower deflection to a minimum. Simple 15 minute installation. Part Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang - Strut Tower Brace with engine cover - Mustang GT V8
BMR strut tower braces are one of the most cost effective ways to improve handling on the the new Mustang platform. We build our braces out of heavy duty DOM tubing and use 3/16" laser cut mounting plates to keep tower deflection to a minimum. Simple 15 minute installation. Part Number STB011 clears OE engine covers and Magnuson superchargers. Also all STB do not work with Kenny Bell Positive Displacment Superchargers. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Swaybar kit - Front and rear bars - SAVE $30!
BMR sway-bars decrease body roll in your 2005+ Mustang resulting in a more predictable, neutrally balanced suspension. Our sway-bars are made from high quality, cold formed aircraft spec tubing which allows the bar to resist torsional fatique much better than hot formed bars. Front swaybar is a lightweight, hollow 35mm bar while the rear is solid 22mm. All necessary bushings and hardware included. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat. NOTE: BMR rear swaybars are not compatible with convertible models unless the additional OE convertible bracing is removed.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Swaybar Relocation Kit
The factory swaybar mounts won't clear a 15" drag wheel. Until now, racers have been cutting the brackets leaving no option other than eliminating the swaybar. These all stainless brackets allow the user to relocate the swaybar further up on the bracket. While the OE bracket must still be cut, our kit provides a new mounting point for the swaybar. Easy 1-2 hour job, hardware and instructions included.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang - Tie Rod Bump Steer Kit
Altering ride height can result in unwanted toe change during suspension travel. This is known as bump steer. Bumpsteer kits allow the user to alter the tie rod position on the spindle to correct bump steer. Kit comes complete with billet aluminum tie rod adjusters, chrome moly QA1 XR series rod ends, billet steel tie rod adapters, and six spacers in varying thicknesses.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Tubular "On-Car" Adjustable Panhard Rod
The panhard rod is responsible for locating the rear end side-to-side in the chassis. Factory panhard rods are made with small diameter tubing and rubber bushings that allow deflection under load. BMR panhard rods are all made from larger diameter 1.25", heavy wall DOM tubing and utilize either greaseable polyurethane bushings or HD spherical bearings by QA1. The adjustable versions use left-hand and right-hand thread to allow easy "on-car" adjustment. Our CNC machined adjusters are made from 4130 chromoly and have rolled threads. All rod end spacers are 304 stainless. You won't find better quality pieces.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang - Tubular K-member - 1/2" lowered motor mounts for supercharger clearance - OE power rack (GT or GT500)
NOTE: May require header modification with JBA Headers
Our tubular K-member uses an integrated mount system, saving up to 5 lbs. over the competitions' designs. The OE K-member with motor mounts weighs 44 lbs. while our integrated design weighs only 24 lbs., a 20 lb. weight reduction. Designed to be used with BMR or factory A-arms and spindles. Fits V6 and V8 models.

BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Tubular Lower Control Arms w/poly bushings
Stock control arms are marginal at best. Bushing deflection combined with control arm flex creates erratic handling and inconsistent rear end stability when subjected to the added loads of performance driving. All of our control arms are TIG welded and utilize either greaseable 90 durometer spiral fluted polyurethane bushings or Teflon lined HD spherical bearings by QA1. Our CNC machined adjusters are made from 4130 chromoly and have rolled threads. All rod end spacers are 304 stainless. You won't find better quality components. Additiionally, our control arms retain the factory designed rear offset, a necessity others overlook resulting in split, binding bushings. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.

BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang - Tubular Radiator Support with swaybar delete
If you are drag racing your new Mustang and don't need a front sway bar, our crossmember can save an additional 11 lbs. off the front end. The factory radiator crossmember is built overly strong because it must also support the additional loads of the front sway bar. With the swaybar removed, the crossmember only needs to support the weight of the radiator. Our lightweight crossmember only weighs 5.5 lbs. as compared the OE 16.5 lbs. Combined with sway bar removal, expect a 26.5 Lb. weight reduction!
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang - Tubular Subframe Connectors
Tubular subframe connectors are made from 1.75" diameter DOM tubing and 3/16" laser cut mounting plates.
The design can be welded without the need to remove interior carpet.
The design reinforce the rear control arm mount.
The design will retain OE ground clearance.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Tubular Upper Control Arm w/poly bushing
The single upper control arm is responsible for maintaining pinion angle and preventing axle counter-rotation. This "3 link" style suspension is ideal for autocross and road race applications as it allows the most articulation possible with a solid axle. For drag racing, however, the single, centered link becomes a weak point as the arm is only one inch thick in the middle and made from light gauge, stamped steel. Our upper control arm is made from 1 5/8" .120 wall DOM tube and is MIG welded. They are available with polyurethane bushings or spherical bearings. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.
