BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Front A-arm Support Brace
This brace bolts to the rear mount of the front A-arms, tying the two legs of the K-member together. By adding additional support to this assembly, A-arm stability is increased due to minimized mount deflection. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat. NOTE: not compatible with Canton oil pans.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Front end package includes tubular K-member(KM010) and adjustable A-arms(AA019)
Drops up to 34 lbs. off the nose of your car and creates additional clearance for long tube headers and aftermarket turbo kits.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Tubular K-member - OE power rack (not for use on GT500)
Ford did a great job designing the '05 Mustang. Everything comes apart so easily, it almost seems like it was designed by racers. To some, a tubular K-member may seem like a complicated and difficult installation, however in the '05 Mustang it can be done in 2 hours with hand tools!
Our tubular K-member uses an integrated mount system, saving up to 5 lbs. over the competitions' designs. The OE K-member with motor mounts weighs 44 lbs. while our integrated design weighs only 24 lbs., a 20 lb. weight reduction. Designed to be used with BMR or factory A-arms and spindles. Fits V6 and V8 models.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang - Tubular subframe connectors
Ford's new Mustang platform is a vast improvement over the Fox body with chassis rigidity upgraded over 30%. While this is good news, it is still a uni-body and we are still left with a front and rear subframe that is not connected. BMR subframe connectors take over where the factory left off. Both tubular and boxed designs complete the frame by tying the rear control arm mounts and subframe assembly to the front subframe. The HD boxed subframes go a few steps further by triangulating key structural points together to make a very rigid frame. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat. NOTE: Fits v8 and v6 models. Will also fit convertibles if rear bracing is removed.

BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang GT - Strut tower brace
BMR strut tower braces are one of the most cost effective ways to improve handling on the the new Mustang platform. We build our braces out of heavy duty DOM tubing and use 3/16" laser cut mounting plates to keep tower deflection to a minimum. Simple 15 minute installation. Part Number STB011 clears OE engine covers and Magnuson superchargers. Also all STB do not work with Kenny Bell Positive Displacment Superchargers. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.

BMR Fabrication - 2005-2010 Mustang GT, V6, & GT500 - Front driveshaft loop
NHRA required for cars running 12.99 or quicker in the quarter mile. We manufacture our loops out of NHRA legal 1/4" x 2" plate and both designs are true bolt-ons using existing mounting holes, no welding or drilling required. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat. Fits V6 and V8 models.
BMR Fabrication - 2005-2012 Mustang - Control Arm Relocation Brackets
A vehicles "Instant Center" determines it's ability to transfer weight properly upon acceleration. The angle of the upper and lower control arms produces an intersect point that initiates this weight transfer. With fixed control arm mounting points, it is not possible to tune this instant center position in the chassis. Our control arm relocation brackets provide additional rear mounting holes that allow you to alter the instant center by varying the control arm angles. This mod is recommended for any type of racing and should also be performed if the vehicle is lowered to correct the rear suspension geometry. Mounting hardware included. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat. NOTE: It is necessary to weld the brackets in place if the vehicle will be drag raced.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Adjustable Upper Control Arm w/spherical bearing
The single upper control arm is responsible for maintaining pinion angle and preventing axle counter-rotation. This "3 link" style suspension is ideal for autocross and road race applications as it allows the most articulation possible with a solid axle. For drag racing, however, the single, centered link becomes a weak point as the arm is only one inch thick in the middle and made from light gauge, stamped steel. Our upper control arm is made from 1 5/8" .120 wall DOM tube and is MIG welded. They are available with polyurethane bushings or spherical bearings. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Billet Lower Control Arms w/poly bushings
BMR heavy duty billet Control Arms are CNC machined from solid 1.25" x 2.5" billet 6061 T6 aluminum alloy. As described in our tubular control arms above, BMR utilizes greaseable 90 durometer spiral fluted polyurethane bushings to insure "squeak-free' suspension movement. Additiionally, our control arms retain the factory designed rear offset, a necessity others overlook resulting in split, binding bushings.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang - Chrome Moly "On-Car" Adjustable Panhard Rod w/rod ends
The panhard rod is responsible for locating the rear end side-to-side in the chassis. Factory panhard rods are made with small diameter tubing and rubber bushings that allow deflection under load. BMR panhard rods are all made from larger diameter 1.25", heavy wall DOM tubing and utilize either greaseable polyurethane bushings or HD spherical bearings by QA1. The adjustable versions use left-hand and right-hand thread to allow easy "on-car" adjustment. Our CNC machined adjusters are made from 4130 chromoly and have rolled threads. All rod end spacers are 304 stainless. You won't find better quality pieces.
BMR Fabrication 2005-2010 Mustang Dual-durometer rearend bushing
3 link suspensions place excessive loads on the upper link bushings. In the S197 Mustang, two bushings are responsible for handling the same torque load that 4 bushings had done before. Additionally, these bushings are subjected to more "twist" than before since the rear end can better articulate as a 3 link design. In order to allow free articulation, the OE rearend bushing is designed to flex. This flex is great for handling but under straight line acceleration, it contributes to wheelhop and inconsistant launch characteristics.
